نبذة تعريفية / مختصر السيرة الذاتية
I practice Emergency Medicine at King Saud University Medical City in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I’m currently the Medical Education Division Head, at the Department of Emergency Medicine. Free Open Access Meducation (#FOAMed) changed how we access, consume and in many ways produce medical knowledge.
We strongly believe as many others in the #FOAMed world that the future of MeEd has forever changed. This Blog aims at creating an interface and a platform to translate what #FOAMed stands for into core curriculum, by creating, assimilating, disseminating high quality medical knowledge and engaging trainees in the process of active learning through the utilization of novel educational tools and strategies.
This is a work in progress, evolving along with the program of EM, which we hope will have a lasting impact on academic emergency medicine in the region and the world.
