This course is an introduction to management principles as they apply to the emergency medical services system. Topics covered include information systems, team building, fiscal management, human resource management , quality improvement , and management of conflict and change. It also focuses on development of leadership skills such as listening, delegation of responsibilities, discipline, and decision making.
