It did not take me long to comprehend just how remarkable neurosurgery is, I have been exposed to the field of neurosurgery early in my life with much enjoyment and curiosity, I have read many neurosurgery textbooks. I have also greatly appreciated and benefitted from attending clinics and operations, as well as following web logs and websites of top surgeons. I have come to the conclusion that I will now, more so than ever, pursue my career as a future neurosurgeon with ambition, commitment and compassion.

    In the next couple of years , I would love to be part of a very well known comprehensive and enthusiastic residency training program in North America or Europe that provides excellent clinical training paralleled with a great research experience. Being a neurosurgeon requires a personal sacrifice and dedication, compassion and ambition. I am eager to take on such a challenge and with more experience, bring my ideas to the world of neurosurgery. Ambition, commitment and compassion are the essence of a strong residency training program. I will bring these aspects to my residency program to contribute in the most positive manner possible. To finally live my dream as a well trained academic neurosurgeon contributing to great patient care and mastering the art of neurosurgery to pass it to the next generation of surgeons.
