Academic interests

  • Conducting research on challenges of teaching English as a Second Language
  • Integrating the English learning and teaching process with the theoretical principles that allows the native speaker, subconsciously, to produce infinite number of grammatical sentences
  • Conducting research on Syntax, Morphology, and Semantics of Arabic, English, and Hebrew individually/ and examining what these languages share in these different linguistic aspects
  • Understanding how Arabic progresses through time, how change is applied, and the role of Language planning that can guide and control the change
  • Understanding how the linguistic ability is wired in the brain and how this ability interfaces with the speech and the thought system
