سيرة ذاتية مختصرة Bio الدكتورة/ فاطمة عبدالله محمد العقلا محاضر في قسم السياسات التربوية ورياض الأطفال جامعة الملك سعود بدأت الدكتورة فاطمة مسيرتها العملية كمشرفة تدريب ميداني لطالبات التدريب العملي في جامعة الملك سعود، قبل عملها كمعيد ثم محاضر في كلية التربية بجامعة الملك سعود لمدة 16 عامًا. شاركت وحضرت العديد من المؤتمرات المحلية والدولية في مجال التربية ورياض الأطفال، كما قدمت العديد من الورش والبرامج التدريبية الموجهة للطالبات والمعلمات، ولديها خبرة في إعداد البرامج التعليمية في مجالات النمو المعرفي والانفعالي للأطفال. وحاصلة على دبلوم في الحاسب الآلي من جامعة أوتاوا/ كندا، وماجستير في علم النفس النمو، كما تحمل شهادة الدكتوراه في مجال علم النفس التربوي والنمو من جامعة الملك سعود. اهتماماتها البحثية في النمو المعرفي والذاكرة عند الأطفال، وكذلك النمو العاطفي والاجتماعي وحقوق الطفل. Fatma Abdullah AlAgla Lecturer, Department of Educational Policies and Early Childhood Education College of Education King Saud University Mrs. Fatma began her career as a supervisor for students of the field training at the practical training course at King Saud University. Then she was appointed as a Demonstrator, then a Lecturer at the College of Education at King Saud University for the last 14 years. She participated and attended several local and international conferences in the field of education and Pre-school Education, As well as, presenting many workshops and training-oriented courses to students and teachers. Fatma has an experience in preparing educational programs for children’s cognitive and social emotional development. She holds a Diploma in Computer from Ottawa University in Canada, a Masters in Developmental Psychology and is preparing to discuss her doctoral thesis in the field of educational psychology at King Saud University. Her research interests are in cognitive development and memory in children, as well as social emotional development, and children's rights.
