وصف المقرر	Course Description
يهدف هذا المقرر الى التعريف بتقويم الأداء الوظيفي وتحديد معايير وطرق ومراحل تقويم الأداء الوظيفي، وكذلك يشمل هذا المقرر أهم المشكلات لقياس الأداء الوظيفي .	The objective of this course is to teach students the concept of job performance  evaluation, identifying measurement ,methods, stages of job performance evaluation. This course also covers the main problems in measuring job performance.
