To familiarize student with basic techniques in biochemistry.
To develop the students’ understanding of using basic equipment.
To develop the students’ appreciation of biochemistry as an experimental science supported by practical work.
To be able to perform different biochemical techniques used in separation and purification of biological molecules depending on their physical properties.
To be able to Writing reports and work as a team.
