Last Summer Vacation

On one of the light blue walls be a tranquil picture of the sea. The floor is covered with a dark red carpet, which my children like to play on. They also like to sit on it when they watch TV. The large window is shaded by a light colored curtain, giving the room a soft, bright feeling. A ceiling fan with small lights is hanging from the ceiling, whenever the fan and lights are (prep.), we can see dangling images, which are reflected from the furniture in the room generally our living room be a place where we receive our guests, gather together to discuss any topic and enjoy our leisure time.

          George Reinhardt is an engineer. He’s married, and he lives with his wife, Karlotta, and three children, in Berlin. Karlotta is a housewife, and their three children go to a local school.

          “I was born in Frankfurt, where I grew up and went to school. I studied engineering at the University of Munich. I met Karlotta at the University for the first time. She was a student of modern languages. We moved to Berlin in1995.”

          George also teaches engineering. Next year, he is going to move to America to teach at the University of California in Berkeley for three years. His family is going to go with him. They are going to live on the University campus, where there is a school for the children. His wife is going to teach German.

          They’re all very excited about the trip. “The kids are going to learn English. They want to see the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco,” says George. “My wife and I are looking forward to living in sunshine all year round.”
