 To recognize the kinds and functions of Enzymes manipulating DNA
 To recognise the vectors used in DNA recombination
 To recognize the kinds of DNA libraries and their screening
 To acquire the skills of DNA extraction and Electrophoresis.
 To acquire some skills concerning presentation, dialogue and discussion
