NUR 594 - Decision Making (Master Program)

This course aims to introduce the decision-making concept into the profession and applicable to the practice of nursing in all levels of health care institutions. Part and in continuation of the leadership and management course, this concept will improve the understanding of the students in leading and managing concepts and strategies aided by the discussions included. Most importantly, this course is equipping students to develop self and his/her membership to any organization, present and future, a competent, knowledgeable, and compassionate professional readu to face responsibilities in any level of an organization.
