General Chemistry (2) Bohr’s atomic theory, Electronic structure of atoms, The periodic table, Chemical bonding (Lewis symbols and structures, oxidation numbers, ionic and covalent bonding, resonance, bond enthalpy), Molecular geometry and hybridization of atomic orbitals, Intermolecular interactions, Chemical Kinetics, Chemical equilibrium, Acidbases equilibria. Practical part: the student performs 10 experiments in the lab concerning the above topics by two hours a week.
