Collective motion of two-electron atom in hyperspherical adiabatic approximation
Mohamed, Abdelhay Salah . 2015
Abstract. This work is devoted to calculate bound states in the two-electron atoms. The
separation of variables has carried out in hyper spherical coordinate system (R, θ, α ). Assuming
collective motion of the electrons, where the hper angle (α ~ π/4) and (θ ~ π). The separation of
the rotational variables leads to system of differential equations with more simple form as
compared with non restricted motion. Energy of doubly excited Pe and D0 states are calculated
semi classically by using quantization condition of Bohr -Somerfield. The results compared with
previously published data.
Abstract: This work focuses on determining theoreticaly quite accurately the optimal parameters of the CIGS cell with structure ZnO:Al/CdS/CIGS/Mo/Glass such as: thickness of CdS and the thickness…
Abstract: This work focuses on styding the effect of recombination losses on the efficiency of thin-film solar cell based on CIGS. The results have been carried out based on the width of the space…
Abstract: Solar cells based on Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) are very promising thin-film solar cells due to their high absorption
coefficient and appropriate optical band gap. In this work, a model…
