Prediction of Economic Development in less corrupted countries

This paper tries to predict the economic development using a database for ten countries which were qualified as the less corrupted countries worldwide using the classification of International Transparency during the period of 1991 to 2011. The economic part of the model has six variables:  Foreign Direct Investment, Fixed capital Formation, GDP per capita, Life expectancy, School Enrollment and Unemployment.
We have applied the alpha (α) model. A good agreement between measured and predicted data is obtained.
