My Research Interests

Field of Food Processing Engineering including Heat and mass transfer, Physical and thermal properties of food product, packaging technology, water vapor permeability, the influence of storage conditions on product’s shelf life. Dates process and industry including dates freezing, mechanical properties of date and by-products of dates and palm tree and packages. Consultant for several governmental and private sectors such as Saudi Agric. Bank, Arabian Agency for Agric. Investment and Development (AAAID), NADEC, and General Establishment for Technical Training.
