Gph 531: Potential Field Theory

- Introduce the basics of potential field theory and emphasize Laplace's equation, Newtonian potential, magnetic and electrostatic fields, and electromagnetic field.
 
- Provides insights on  Potential Field Theory and its applications in geophysical fields using advanced computational techniques
 
- Use computational methods for analysis and modelling of  gravity-magnetic anomalies such as: forward modeling, inverse methods, trend-surface analysis for regional-residual separation, depth-to-source estimation, ideal bodies, analytical continuation, and spectral analysis.
