.This course will prepare the students in knowing the principles of laboratory tests performed in routine and special chemistry laboratory. A comprehensive understanding of the concepts will be developed along with required component of physiological chemistry, biochemical principles of the tests performed, clinical significance and interpretation of the data against the normal values on the test performed in a manual/automated setting
