Dr. Ehab El Farra
Bio:
Dr. Ehab El Farra is an Associate Professor of Hospitality Management. Born in Cairo, Egypt, received B.Sc. of Hotel Mgt. at the Faculty of Tourism, Helwan University. Accomplished Master's degree in Hospitality & Food service Mgt. at Florida International University, Miami, Florida, USA. Then, after working for a couple of years as lecturer at the faculty of tourism in Cairo, he left back to the U.S. to accomplish the Ph.D. in Hospitality Mgt. at Central Michigan University, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, USA and Helwan University (joint-supervision program). He then worked for several years in teaching and training at the Faculty of Tourism and the American University in Cairo. Then worked as faculty member and head of Hospitality Dept. at Prince Sultan College for Tourism in Abha. Dr. El Farra was promoted as Associate Professor and moved to Jeddah where he worked at Prince Sultan College (new branch) as H.O.D. beside teaching and offering training programs to the Jeddah hotel business community. He is currently working as Associate Professor of Hospitality Mgt. at the faculty of Tourism and Antiquities, King Saud University.
