The main purposes of the course:
To develop the skills needed to achieve the following objectives:

  • Set the goals for the project (defining the geological/environmental/engineering problem)
  • Collect and study previous works and literature review about the problem in hand and/or the study area.
  • Select the most appropriate geophysical methods to achieve the set goals.
  • Design and implement the geophysical field survey, if appropriate.
