Prof. Rana's academic career spanning nearly three decades with experience in the University of Pakistan, Australia and Saudi Arabia. Presently working as Professor of Zoology, Department of Zoology, King Saud University, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As an aquaculture scientist, I contributed in the development of aquaculture in the Central Punjab. I introduced the concept of composite culture among the fish farmers to get maximum benefits with minimum inputs. My current research focus is on the ecotoxicology, nutrition and monitoring of fish health and quality of fish meat
