DEH 347 - Clinical Dental Hygiene II

This course is a continuation of the previous clinical practice course and includes the treatment of special patient populations, individualized patient counseling and mangement, advanced periodontal instumentation, intoduction to ultrasonic scaling and air-poweder polishing devices, and the delivery of the local anesthetic and antimicrobial agents.
