Introduction to Law

The course is divided into two parts: General Theory of Law and An introduction dealing with the definition of legal norms and their characteristics. It also deals with the sources of Law, the different varieties and implementations, both in terms of time and place. The theory of right is the second part of this course. It deals with the definition, the elements, and the sources of right. It also studies the subject and the parties of the right. The course comprises comparative study with Islamic jurisprudence.
