Course Description

Practicum experiences within a health agency will include responsibilities in human resource management. Specific
application will be directed toward management information systems; patient classification and staffing; evaluation of patient care and performance appraisal. Participant observation of the role of the nurse administrator in the area of personnel management, staff development and change and innovation will be arranged.
