فلسفة التدريس
التدريس مهنة ورسالة عظيمة تتطلب اعداد وخطة منهجية دقيقة، قائمة على إدراك لماهية مخرجات التعليم وطرق الوصول إليها، فالتدريس علاقة تفاعلية مستمرة بين الأستاذ والطالب في جو علمي ملائم. ترتكز العملية التعليمية على ثلاثة عناصر رئيسية: المنهج، الطالب، الأستاذ، لكل عنصر من هذه العناصر دور واضح ومحدد يقم به استنادا على العناصر الأخرى.
هناك عدة أمور يجب مراعاتها قبل وضع خطة التدريس:

1. المرحلة التعليمية (بكالوريوس، ماجستير، دكتوراه).
2. المادة التي سوف تدرس.
3. البيئة والمكان التي سوف تتم فيها العملية التدريسية (فصول دراسية، معامل، دراسة عن بعد).
4. الوسائل التي سوف نستخدمها في العملية التعليمية.
5. الفروق الفردية والحالات الصحية الخاصة.
6. تحديد الأهداف المراد تحقيقها.

الأستاذ الجامعي لديه مهام وواجبات يقوم بها تجاه طلبته، كما أن لدى الطلاب مهام وواجبات ايضا يقومون بها نحو الأستاذ.  ويشكل تقديم المادة العلمية للطالب وتبسيطها؛ وربطها بالواقع من اهم الواجبات التي تلقى على عاتق الأستاذ لذلك:
فانا أؤمن بأن مسؤولياتي كأستاذه يلي:

• التنويع في عملية التدريس ما بين الالقاء والمناقشة واستثارة التفكير وملكة النقد
• اتاحة الجو التعليمي المناسب الذي يفُعل عملية التعلم.
• تقديم المعلومات والمعرفة العلمية والعملية التي تساعدهم على أن يكونوا أكثر تفوقاً ونجاحاً في حياتهم.
• التغذية الراجعة لهم كي أكون أكثر فاعلية في عملية التعلم.
• إثارة دافعيتهم وتعزيزها للتعلم بطرقه المختلفة.
• اتاحة مفردات المادة والمراجع العلمية للطالبات منذ بداية الفصل الدراسي
• العمل على إظهار الحماس والاهتمام في تدريس الطالبات.
• العمل على إثارة الإبداع وزيادة الرغبة في الاكتشاف وتنمية الدافعية للتعلم الذاتي لدى الطالبات.
• تبني أساليب واستراتيجيات تعليمية فاعلة لتحسين وتطوير تعلم الطالبات.

 أسباب نجاح العملية التعليمية:

1. الابتعاد عن الروتين، والتكرار.
2. استخدام التعزيز المادي والمعنوي.
3. مراعاة الحالة النفسية للطالبة.
4. السيطرة على سلوكيات الطالبة وضبطها دن تجريدها من حريتها.
5. التغذية الراجعة.

Philosophy of Teaching

Teaching is a great profession and mission that requires preparation and accurate methodological plan, based on understanding the outcomes of education are and how to achieve. Teaching is an ongoing interactive relationship between the teacher and the student in an appropriate scientific atmosphere. The educational process is based on three main elements: the curriculum, the student, the teacher, each of these elements has a clear and specific role based on the other elements.
Several things should be taken into consideration before developing a teaching plan:

1. The educational level (Bachelor, Master, Doctorate)
2. The taught course.
3. The environment and place where the teaching process will take place (classrooms, laboratories, distance study).
4. The means that will be used in the educational process.
5. Individual differences and special health conditions.
6. Determining the objectives pursued

The university professor has assigned tasks and duties towards his students, and the students also have assigned tasks and duties towards the professor. Presenting and simplifying the scientific content to the students is one of the most
:important duties that the professor has to do:
I believe that my responsibilities as a professor are

• Diversify the teaching process between meeting, discussion, initiation, stimulation, thought-provoking, and criticism.
• Provide the appropriate educational atmosphere which activates the learning process.
• Provide information, scientific, and practical knowledge that help them to be more superior and successful in their lives.
• Feedback for them to be more effective in the learning process.
• Stimulate and enhance their motivation to learn in different methods.
• Provide the students with the course elements and scientific references since the beginning of the semester.
• Generate enthusiasm and interest in teaching the students.
• Generate creativity and increase willingness in discovering and develop student's stimuli for learning.
• Adopt effective educational methods and strategies to improve and develop student learning.
• Reasons behind the success of the educational process:
• Break up the routine and repetition.
• Apply the material and spiritual enhancement.
• Take into account the student's psychological and mental state.
• Control the student behavior and regulate conduct without stripping it of freedom.
• Feedback.
