Track Proposal Deadline: Sept. 9, 2016
Submission Deadline (firm): Nov. 25, 2016
Author Notification: Dec. 16, 2016
Advance Registration: Jan. 13, 2017
Camera Ready: Jan. 13, 2017

Track Proposal Submission

Please submit your proposal for organizing a special track to the conference chair including the scope of the track, a plan for paper solicitation and a short biography.

Paper Submission

Authors should send a 6-page IEEE 2-column version of their original and unpublished work including 5 keywords in the to their respective track/session. Papers that do not fit the scope of any of the existing tracks should be submitted to General Track.  Electronic submission in the PDF format or Word document is strongly encouraged. Per ITNG policy, except for invited papers, all papers will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by Springer. Selected papers presented in the conference will be considered for publication in a special issue of an international journal.

Best Student Paper Award

Papers submitted and presented by students will be considered for the award. To be eligible, the student must be the sole author, or the first author and primary contributor. A cover letter or email to the General Chair must identify the paper as a candidate for this competition at the time of the submission. (The winner of the award will present the paper in a plenary session at the conference.)

Best Poster Award

All poster papers presented at the conference will be considered for this award.

Best Service Award

This award is presented to the individual who has contributed the most to the quality and growth of the conference.

Social Activities

These activities include preconference reception (Sunday evening, April  9, 2017) and conference dinner reception (Tuesday evening, April  11, 2017).
