حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس من كلية العمارة والتخطيط - قسم العمارة وعلوم البناء -عام 2007 م.
نبذة :
الالتحاق بمكتب فارس الفارس للاستشارات الهندسية - قسم التنسيق والمتابعة للمشاريع . مدة العمل سنتين منتظم .
العمل الحالي :
معيد في جامعة الملك سعود .
قسم التصميم العمراني .
قسم التخطيط العمراني .
* متابعة مشاريع الطلاب من بداية المشروع وحتى مرحلة التحكيم النهائي .
* شرح طريقة إعداد الجداول المساحية للمشاريع والاحتياجات الفراغية للمباني وطرق الاستغلال الأمثل لأرض المشروع.
الخبرة الحالية :
* مراجعة ودراسة المخططات المعمارية الأولية للمشاريع الجديدة .
* معاينة المواقع الخاصة بالمشاريع وإعطاء اقتراحات عن الوضع القائم للمباني وطرق الاستفادة منها .
* المشاركة في إعداد العقود المختلفة للمشاريع الجديدة .
* الإشراف العام على فرق العمل في المواقع للتأكد من سير العمل حسب المخططات المعمارية المعتمدة .
* عقد وإدارة الاجتماعات مع الملاك وطاقم المكتب والمقاولين .
* اعتماد المواد والعينات المقدمة من المقاولين / الموردين .
* مراجعة وتدقيق واعتماد المستخلصات الشهرية للمشاريع المنفذة .
* كتابة التقارير الفنية .
* إعداد المخططات وتقديم المقترحات لتقدم العمل .
* توزيع الأعمال على الموظفين ومتابعة الإنجازات وتقدم العمل .
