The study will include: firstly: Aspects of Environmental Damages, Particularly what effects the general health, for example,(place of noise, water and food contamination , air pollution caused  by means of  transport, by industry etc. the protection of National parks).Secondly: Types of Environmental Legal protection. Administrative protection. Criminal  protection. Civil protection.
