I am an Assistant Professor of computer science at College of Computer and Information Science, King Saud University. I earned both my PhD. and my MS degrees from the University of Delaware in U.S in 2018 and 2014, respectively. My current research interests include information retrieval, machine learning, high performance computing, and big data analytics.
Information retrieval is the study of computational methods for organizing and searching large sets of semi-structured and heterogeneous data. This course will cover concepts and techniques...
Fundamental concepts of data structures. Performance measurement of algorithms. Implementation and use of lists, stacks, queues, priority queues, trees, heaps, hash tables and graphs....
The TREC Precision Medicine (PM) track is motivated by the research problem of developing effective search systems for finding treatment plans based on an individual's genetic,...
The Clinical Decision Support (CDS) track for this year contains only one task with 30 topics; however, a new challenge has been introduced to the participants, which is using unstructured...
Modeling workflow performance is crucial for finding optimal configuration parameters and optimizing execution times. We apply the method of surrogate-based modeling to performance tuning...
