Mohammed serves as a lecturer of Finance at KSU. Prior to this role he was an Analyst at McKinsey & Co. Riyadh office. In this role, Mohammed has worked extensively with Banks and Financial regulator on liquidity and ownership restructuring mandates. He has also worked at the M&As department at the CMA. Mohammed is a graduate of KSU and holds an MS in Finance from University of Southern California, and Passed CFA Level II.

      • Took part in two engagements - in public finance and investment banking industries - fulfilling a Business Analyst role. My role in the team included solving problems, conducting analysis, managing research efforts and teams, and managing different stakeholders both internally and externally.
      • The second part of my journey consisted of research work, I was part of the global financial institutions practice, serving multiple clients in the finance industry. During this time, I developed and published internal research documents to grow the knowledge of the firm.

    • Intern at Merger & Acquisition Department, Corporate Finance and Issuance Division
      • Responsible for ensuring that the rules and regulations that govern M&A transactions are being followed.
      • Reviewed and evaluated M&A regulations and applications to ensure its alliance with best practices.
