Course Objectives:
The main goal of this course is to present management theories and practices.  It covers the basic principles of the management functions and its role in society. It focuses on managerial responsibilities in planning, organizing, leading and controlling.  Students are expected to apply major management concepts and theories to actual problems and cases.  This course, also, aims to provide the basic background in general fields of business such as: marketing, finance, production etc.
