Project Students- first meeting

Dear project students,

Please be advised that our first meeting will take place on Sunday, the 15th of September, from 12 to 1 pm. As for the location, unfortunately, I haven't received any response yet from the coordinator. As a result, I would like you all to be at my office by 11:45pm, so we have enough time to find some unoccupied room to hold our meeting.
