Research Interests

My reserach interest in Colon Carcinoma and now I'm consentrating at the following

• Function of NBS1 gene and its protein in S-phase check point on Colonic Carcinoma.
• DNA and RNA extraction, RT-PCR, DNA sequencing and Western Blot.
• In-situ hybridization staining on colonic tissue sections.
