• Understand the general structure of globalization and its meaning in order to analyze the effects of globalization on international finance.
• Understand International Monetary System, its development in order to see its effects on international financial system
• Understand the structure of balance of payments in order to see how the balance of payment movements effect international financial environment.
• Understand the meaning of Corporate Governance and relation of managers with the stockholders to comprehend the agency problem.
• Understand how the foreign exchange and international banking and money market operations are carried out in order to differentiate the instruments and to protect from some risks.
