Bio:

        Mesfer Alqahtani is from Saudi Arabia. He graduated in 2015 with an undergraduate degree in general chemistry from King Saud University. After graduating, he became a teaching assistant in chemical labs at KSU and has been teaching since 2015 at KSU. His specific research focus is in inorganic chemistry; he really loves chemistry, especially working with polymers, because they are so important to daily life. In January, 2016, he came to the US to obtain his master’s and Ph.D. degrees. He has many hobbies; he enjoys playing soccer and basketball, and he is interested in skating, swimming, fishing, hiking, and golf. Finally, he likes to read scientific books on inorganic chemistry in his free time.
