Research Activities

My research interests include knowledge management, strategic human resource management and Employee performance management. I published my papers in scholarly peer-reviewed journals: canadian journal of administrative sciences, Management International, International management Review. I am currently supervizing four master theses that adress various aspects of HRM and Organizational behaviour (knowledge management and social networks, creativity management, organizational learning and counterproductive behaviour in workplace).
