• Features of planning: Realism, efficiency, consistency, and flexibility 
• The Planning stages: preparation, carrying out, following up
• Scientific planning: goods balance, econometrics, linear and nonlinear programming, input output analysis
• Planning activities: investment, consumption, labor force, trade, resources
• The Planning in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
