Dr. Muneer Baig received his Ph.D from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in the year 2009. From 2009 to 2010 he held a Research Scientist position at Creative System and Design, LLC. He joined King Saud University in the year 2010 as an Assistant Professor. His research interests include Material Characterization, Plasticity, Non-linear behavior of engineering materials, material responses under quasi-static and dynamic loading condition, modeling of experimental responses at room and elevated temperatures.
