The present research describes the histology of larval and pupal stage in Queen and worker honeybees Apis mellifera jemenatica Ruttner (Hymenoptera: Apidae). The results show that, this insect has been found differences between larva and pupa of both the Queen and the worker entry of with each other as well as different at different ages for them. In larval stage ileum was simple in structure in the beginning of its development, it consist of 6 folds consist of undifferentiating cells in inner surface cover with thin layer of chitin and surrounded by circular muscles .ileum in pupa the cells being distinguish and the chitin layer more thick by developing in age. In this study we found that the ileum in queen more advanced than worker and there is clear effect of food type and role of insect in ileum structure.
