Objective

To provide Zoology Graduate Students with advanced scientific information about the architecture of chromosomes including viral chromosomes and changes in chromosome structure and number and the diseases of syndromes associated with these changes.

Architecture of viral, prokaryotic and eukaryotic  chromosmes, nature and consequences of altered chromosomal structure, sources and consequences involving chromosome number, karyotype preparation, banding techniques, human chromosomes and the genetic maps.
