This course teaches the students to plan and carry out small projects.  Students are also taught to present their results as power point presentations and poster.

The following experiments are usually cariied

1. Determination of catalase in various tissues
2. Determination of cholesterol in serum or tissues
3. Determination of glutathione content in diffeent tissues
4. Extraction and characterization of DNA from different sources
