Mostafa completed his B.Sc. in Business Administration from Benha University and his MBA and Ph.D. from King Saud University (KSU). He spent eight years as a research assistant in the College of Business Administration (AACSB accredited) at KSU on a postgrad scholarship. Mostafa’s primary research and teaching interests in Management fall within the areas of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. His thesis examined the effect of transformational leadership on followers’ organizational embeddedness and turnover intention.
