September 2010 – January 2011  (5 months) King Abdullah Financial District-KAFD-

•Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, today (Tue May 9) announced the creation of the King Abdullah Financial District, in Riyadh.It will be the Middle East’s first financial district on a scale, and of regulatory and technological standards, to match the major global financial centers. Saudi Arabia’s financial district will be built close to the business centre of Riyadh. The site is 1.6 million square metres and the development will have floor space of over 3 million square metres. It will be a multi-year project during which Saudi Arabia – already the world’s oil capital – will consolidate its position as the Middle East’s financial capital. As junior architect, I am proud that I was part of this huge project.

•Prepared information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.
•Daily site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time and to budget.
•Preparing tender documents for contracts.
•Consulting with other professionals about the design of an environment;
•Preparing feasibility reports and design proposals to the client.

•Provided several proposals for designing interior and exterior designs for houses and government buildings 
•Using IT in design and project management, specifically using computer-aided design software. 
• Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the client.
•Producing detailed workings and drawings.
•Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.

Jazan Economic city is one of the most important economic cities currently under development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Within the next twenty years, the total investment into the city is expected to exceed one hundred billion Saudi Riyals.Jazan Economic City" is located in a strategic location, along an important sea route connecting major continents; it overlooks the traffic of maritime transport on the red sea, which connects Europe, East Africa, and Asia, thus benefiting from this strategic location.It was a pleasure for me to work on the residential part of the project.

•Gave proposals in conjunction with other professionals regarding about designing residents buildings.
