د. سعاد بنت عبدالله بن محمد المشعل /Dr. Soad Abdullah Almeshal

Soad A. Al-Meshal is assistant professor in marketing department/College of Business Administration/at King Saud University. Soad is a Ph.D. holder in Philosophy in Business Administration major Marketing in the department of marketing, King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. She has been appointed in several managerial positions including the head of Business Administration Department, head of the Marketing Department and Head of the Quality Unit in College of Business Administration. She worked as Consultant for quality accreditation. She has worked with consulting agencies and has extensive experience in leadership, training, and executing communication strategies. Her primary teaching is in the area of marketing. Her research interests are in the areas of customer relationship management, interactive marketing include branding, e-business, retailing particularly in franchising and services marketing. She has international publications and she is a member of various professional organizations.
