التعريف الشخصي: 
Ibrahim Elshafiey received his BS degree in communications and electronics engineering from Cairo University in 1985. He obtained his MS and PhD degrees from Iowa State University in 1992 and 1994, respectively. He is currently a professor in the Electrical Engineering Department at King Saud University His research interests include communication systems, computational electromagnetics, biomedical imaging, global satellite navigation systems, and nondestructive evaluation.
