Environmental Geology

This course is intended to provide an introduction to the geologic aspects of the interaction between people and the environment, and to give a better understanding of how science works.  We will discuss the geologic aspects of a range of environmental issues, including:  soil pollution, air pollution, landslides, water supply, waste disposal, resources and global climate change.
