Pathogenic Microorganisms

The course deals with the role of microorganisms in infectious diseases. The study includes the causative agent, its general characteristics, pathogenicity, pathogenesis, laboratory diagnosis, prevention and control, and treatment of the different bacterial, fungal, protozoal and helminthal infections.
