 Biochemical Calculations
Contents : The most common calculations in biochemistry , including ways of expressing concentration , preparation of biological solutions, preparation of different buffer solutions, Calculate the PH , ionization of weak acid , Buffers calculations and study some application of spectrophotometers ( Beer's lambert law ). In lab. the students will apply practical training on these topics ,supported by laboratory experiments as much as possible
