Databases and database systems are essential items that support many aspects of everyday life in modern society. This course introduces the fundamental concepts of database and database systems, in particular the relational database systems. Also, it covers other important aspects of relational database systems including: database design principles, methodology, and languages. By taking this course students should be able to design a good relation database, giving the data requirement.
