This course is designed to provide an introduction of comprehensive health assessment. This practicum course provides the students with the competencies required to conduct an interview, observation, percussion, palpation, and auscultation in assessing clients in simulated and actual environments. The main body systems will be defined, discussed, and described in term of the clinical examination, etiology, and appropriate and professional to treatment.
