In this paper, we will argue that even though we cannot define consciousness, we can quantify
it using free will, and quantum uncertainty is in turn
a good measure of such a free will. We will also
demonstrate that this quantum uncertainty increases with coupling, and thus with neurological
complexity.
Thus, we will be able to quantify consciousness using quantum uncertainty, and show that
the higher amount of consciousness for complex organism would be a direct product of
enhanced quantum uncertainty in brain.
