This course provides knowledge on the interactive computer-based systems used to support enterprise level data management, analysis, reporting, and decision making. The course introduces the concepts, practices, systems and technologies of business intelligence (BI). It emphasizes on the study of expert systems and artificial intelligence and the use of knowledge in making managerial decisions.
